Sheila Alexander

She was born on November 11, 1955 in Atlanta, Georgia to Nelson and Sibyl McKinney. Sheila was a realtor in the Birmingham area for 25 years and started Spot On Estate Sales over a decade ago. With a creative eye for staging and decorating homes, she was very industrious and always willing to take charge in difficult situations. Sheila was a very generous and strong leader who went out of her way to help those in need.

Her grandson, Caleb Wilson, precedes her in death. Left to cherish her memory is her loving and devoted husband, Ron Alexander; three children, Shannon Marie Alexander, Brooke Alexander Tissier, and John David Alexander; grandchildren, Ian Wilson, Alex Wilson, Isabelle Alexander, Abigail Alexander, and Elaina Wilson; along with her brother, Eugene McKinney; and her two sisters, Angela Elder and Robin Chisolm.

Funeral services are private. The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made in Sheila’s name to UAB Palliative and Comfort Care at 1713 6th Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233
