Thomas Erik Kristiansen of Helena, Alabama passed away May 29, 2010 at his home at the age of fifty-eight. Born December 5, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York, Tom was a Marine and served in Viet Nam from 1969 to 1971. Devoted husband and loyal employee of New Southern Resistance Welding for nineteen years until 2009. Preceded in death by his parents Dolores Johansen and Eric Kristiansen. Survived by his wife Kathy Kristiansen of Helena, Alabama his brother John Johanessen/Cindy OF Tampa, Florida sister Linda Costa of Long Island, New York sister Joan Holt of Saint Petersburg, Florida, four nephews and three nieces.
Visitation will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home from 10:00 – 12:00 Friday June 4.
Graveside services held at Alabama National Cemetary Montavallo, Alabama at 2:00.
