Vinnie Barreca

Vincent Michael Barreca, 26, passed away peacefully at home. Vincent was a lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Our lady of the Valley school, John Carroll Catholic High School and Oak Mountain High School. He was a true free spirit, kind hearted and always had a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. He is survived by his daughter, Kelly Nicole Barreca; mother, Charlene C Barreca; father, Stephen L Barreca Sr. (Catherine); sisters, Tracy Alexander (Cade) and Gina Walker (Ryan); brother, Stephen Barreca II (Jessie); nephew, Nathan; nieces, Ava, Autumn and Avery; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and his canine sidekick, Kirra. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ignatius and Laura Barreca, and his beloved cousin, Kaitlynn Arnoult.

Visitation will be held Thursday February 2nd 10am, followed by a mass at 11am at Our Lady of The Valley Catholic Church 5514 Double Oak Ln, Birmingham, Alabama. Burial will be Friday February 3rd at 2pm, at Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124.
