She is survived by her two daughters, Phaydra Tice and Reagan Crowley (Travis); five grandchildren, Paizlee, River, Maybree, Maren, and Barrett; mother, Jessie Dean Smith; brother, Sam Smith (Debbie); Jim Tice; and a host of family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Smith.
A visitation will be held for Allison at Kilgroe Funeral home on Tuesday, February 4, beginning at 1:00pm with funeral service following at 2:00pm in the chapel. She will be laid to rest at Valley Hill Memorial Cemetery.
