Aubrey is survived by his daughter: Anita Justice Elliott; sons: Aubrey Chris Justice and Jack Timothy Justice; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Wadean Justice and his parents.
In 1944, at age 18, he was drafted into the Army where he joined the para troopers. He was discharged in 1946 and worked for the Birmingham police force until he retired in 1974. Upon retiring from the police force, Aubrey worked as the golf pro for Zamora Golf Club and for the Birmingham Public Library as a security guard.
