Graveside Service for James "Buddy" Neighbors III, will be Thursday October 3, 2013 at 2 p.m. from St. Clair Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday October 3, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. from Kilgroe Funeral Home. Mr. Neighbors is survived by his wife, Mary Neighbors, sons, Larry Neighbors, John Stillwell (Brenda), brothers, Williard Guy, Mark Neighbors (Mechelle), sister Peggy Evans, grandchild, Osha Stillwell. Mr. Neighbors was a longtime employee of Express Oil Change.
