He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Eutana Maxwell; daughter, Tracy Hatley (Keny); sons, Mark Maxwell and Michael Mulvehill; and grandchildren, Elllie Reece Hatley, Max Hatley, Gabe Hatley, and Sydnee Hatley.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Deward Maxwell and Florence Penn Morris Maxwell; and Mark and Tracy's mom, A.J. Maxwell.
A visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, beginning at 10:00am with a service to follow at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at Jefferson Memorial at Trussville at 1:00pm.
