William Horace Beasley

Horace is survived by his wife of 73 years, Laverne Key Beasley; his daughters, Deborah Powell (Duncan) and Becky Brooks (Dennis); his grandchildren, Daniel Powell (Lacy), Jake Walker (Candace), Drew Powell, and Natalie Geno; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Powell, Harper Walker, Drake Brook, and Bryson Geno; his sister, Sheron Johnson(Terry); his Sister in Law, Linda Beasley; his brothers, H.Y. Beasley and Howard Beasley; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Horace was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mamie Beasley; his siblings, Virginia Berry (Bill), Leon Beasley, and Don Beasley (Lou); and his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Beasley and Barbara Beasley.

A visitation for Horace will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Valley Hill Memorial Cemetery, 2402 Martin St S, Pell City, Alabama 35128.
