Herbert E. Barkley

Herbert was born in Penn Yan, NY on February 8th, 1956, the son of the late, Beverly Jeanette (Smith) and Herbert Roswell Barkley. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Daniel Barkley. He is survived by his son, David (Jessica) Barkley; daughter, Carrie (Brian) Gillespie, grandchildren, Cameron, Kaitlyn, and Natalie Barkley and Dominic Gillespie; sisters, Barbara (Donald) Bergstresser, Leona Conrad, and Tammy (Clark) Hoose; brother, Richard Barkley and several nieces and nephews.
