Artie Missie Brunson, 92, of Pensacola, died November 14, 2013. She was born to William Henry Jerkins and Catherine Angeline Weaver on November 27, 1920 in Range, AL.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jesse E. Brunson, Jr.; son, Douglas; daughter, Faye; and grandson, Joshua. She is survived by son, Paul Michael (Diane) Brunson; daughter, Gloria Teresa (Duane) Leifur; son, James Anthony; daughter, Deborah Townsend; 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 1pm, officiated by Rev. Eugene Steele, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Clopton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Covenant Hospice 5041 N. 12th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32504, Attn: West FL Care Ctr. Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
