

Bobby Eddins, 89, of Pensacola, FL, went to his Heavenly home on April 12, 2026. Born on April 18, 1936, in Ashford, AL, to parents Glenn and Mildred Eddins. As a young man, Bobby joined the United States Navy and served for 2 years, a chapter of his life marked by duty and quiet commitment. After honorable discharge, Bobby devoted more than 40 years of faithful work to Monsanto, serving as a technician.
Gifted with a wonderful voice, Bobby shared his love of music for decades. As a young man, he led a group called the Bobby Eddins Singers for at least 20 years, bringing joy to many through song and fellowship. His devotion to worship and community was evident in his leadership in church music. Bobby led the choir at Pensacola First Assembly of God, before joining Brownsville Assembly of God and leading the choir there as well.
Bobby is preceded in passing by his parents, Glenn Wilson Eddins and Mildred Eddins; as well as his brother, Charles Eddins. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Bonnie Jean (Lindsey/Harden) Eddins; children, Lisa Gallie Cook, Leslie Todd Eddins, Alpha Jean Scarbrough (Greg) and Demetria Lynn Ham (Paul); Grandchildren, James Leslie Rigby (Amanda), Jeremy Austin Rigby, Alexis Cook, Peyton Alyssa Eddins, Austine Marie Simmons (Amos), Gregory Michael Scarbrough, Kaleb Harden Ham, Gage Lawson Ham and Trace Jackson Ham; Great-Grandchildren, Noah Bowden, Annelle Rigby, Carly Marie Simmons and Aidan David Simmons; and sister, Glenda Standifer (Jerry). Bobby will be dearly missed and is now singing in the choir with Jesus and his angels.

Visitation will be held at Brownsville Assembly Of God, 3100 W De Soto St, Pensacola, FL on April 18, 2026, at 9:30 am, followed by a Funeral Service beginning at 10:30 am.
