
Bradley Anthony Roth, 80, of Pensacola, FL. passed away on January 21, 2017. He was born August 6th 1936 in Slatington, PA. to the late Clarence and LaPearl Roth. As a native of Pennsylvania he graduated from Parkland High school in 1954. After Graduation he joined the United States Air Force where his job took him around the world to places like Thailand, Germany, and Hawaii. In the military he was a Security Police Officer and supervised guards for the Presidential Air Fleet at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. He retired after 20 years of service. In 1975, he moved to Pensacola, FL. where he worked for the United States Post Office for 26 years. He married Barbara M. Roth and was a proud father to two children. He is preceded in death by his son Nelson Dean Roth. Brad is survived by his daughter Pamela Joy Jones, grandchildren Dennis Shaun Hogg, Chad Andrew Hogg, Anthony Roth and 6 grandchildren. Brad was a great baseball, basketball and card player. He led his Air Force squadron team in points and also to an Air Force wide basketball championship. He was a kind and giving person who could always make you smile. He was best known for his humorous nature and the ability to make you laugh out loud at his sarcastic jokes. He never met a stranger and had a special way to relate and warm up to anyone. He was a great provider, protector, and mentor to those he loved. He had a special place in many peoples hearts and will sorely be missed by all. Funeral procession will leave Oak Lawn funeral home on Monday January 30, 2017 at 12:30 PM and graveside services will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery at the first pavilion on Monday at 1PM.
