Bruce passed peacefully and now walks the streets of Heaven with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Bruce, more than anything, loved sharing music with friends and hoped it blessed them and made them feel the same emotions and love that it made him feel.
Bruce was born, August 02, 1945, in the old Sacred Heart Hospital on 12th Avenue, to Elton and Thelma Wiggins. He had a brother, Darryl, and sister, Judy.
He is survived by his wonderful, caring wife, Janet; a niece, Becky Wiggins Isidoro and close friends, Gilbert Nelson, Ron Williamson, who was also his pastor, Larry Baysden, Kimo Kounds, Chris Villareal, Jimmy Wears, Donna Moss and so many other friends.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Bayview Memorial Park, with Pastor Mike Mashburn officiating.
