Chuck was born April 26, 1939 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Charles H. Winters, Sr. and Dorothy Hawkey Winters. He served in the U. S. Air Force, was a member of the Knights of Columbus and loved photography. Chuck worked in the machine shop for NADEP on the base and retired after 32 years of service. After retirement he worked for the City of Pensacola in the city library.
Chuck is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Gregory Winters.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica Winters; son, Glenn E. Winters; sister, Dorothy Snyder and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel , Tuesday, January 13, 2026, followed by the service at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
