She was born to Trinidad Mina and Simeon Villorante on September 2, 1936 in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija Philippines.
"Lita" received her bachelors degree in accounting from the University Of West Florida in 1981 and was an active member in the American Society of Women Accountants, (ASWA). She was also a lifetime member of the Filipino-American (Fil-Am) Association of Pensacola and served as President and Treasurer, respectfully.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Trinidad Mina and Simeon Villorante, and brother, Ernesto Villorante.
Lita is survived by her husband, Jose Lavalle Golen; her children, Luz Villorante Pitre, Virginia (James) Golen Sweet and Ramon (Elouisa) Jose Golen; her grandchildren, Anya Pitre, Alexander Pitre, Gabrielle Golen, McKenna Golen, James Sweet Junior; her brothers and sisters, Renato Villorante, Corazon Alcampado, Reynaldo Villorante, Carmelita Manlapaz, Vilma Yapana, Norma Goodwin, Nenita Rodriguez, Elvira DelaCruz; several nieces, nephews, cousins, grand nieces and grand nephews.
The family will receive friends during visitation Friday, November 29, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm.
