1919 -2013
Our precious mother Eva G. Taylor, 93, who always had such a friendly smile and genuine compassion for other people, departed this earth on Thursday, January 31, 2013. She was surrounded by family.
Eva was born June 5,1919 in Pollard, Alabama. She moved to Pensacola in 1934 from Chipley. She was a member of Beulah Free Will Baptist Church. Eva was preceded in death by her loving husband Tookie Taylor
Eva is survived by her daughters, Carol Cantrell, Judy (Jerry) Forester and Peggy (Steve) Boyleston; a brother, Clifford Abbott; five grandchildren, Brian (Suzanne) Forester, Bill (Lisa) Forester, Jason (Sharan) Boyleston, Aaron Boyleston and Cliff (Donna) Cantrell; and three great grandchildren, Ian Forester, Logan Forester and Ashley Cantrell.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Cora Abbott; brothers, Claud, Arthur, Garfield and Otis; and sisters, Jonnie Ruth Abbott, Ruby Johnson and Vera Strickland.
She will be missed by all who knew her. Eva brought joy and happiness to everyone she met.
