Forrest William Chapman Jr., 76 of Milton, Fl. Passed on April 5, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness. He was born July 22, 1943 in Oakland, Ca. to Forrest William Chapman Sr. and Katherine Elizabeth Chapman Chance. He graduated Riverdale High School, Fresno State College, and University of West Florida where he was Delta Sigma Pi fraternity member. He was a long time member of Margaret Street Church of Christ. He served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd class.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Katie Sue Chapman of Milton, Fl., sister Sharon Mode of Walters, Ok., son Tony Chapman & wife Terri of Cannon City, Co., daughter Tia Chapman of Milton, Fl., daughter Teresa Yost of Fredrick, MD., daughter Patti Allen & husband Jimmy of Keithville, La., son John Chapman of Cantonment, Fl., son John Collins & wife Carla of Pensacola, Fl., son Adam Palacios of Milton, Fl., daughter Raven Chapman of Milton Fl., 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
He is preceded by his father Forrest William Chapman Sr., mother Katherine Elizabeth Chapman Chance grandson Jeremy Chapman, granddaughter Margo Lambert, and granddaughter Tara Capps.
First and foremost Forrest loved God and dedicated his life to him, he also loved his family as well as his church family.
The family would like to thank his brothers and sisters in Christ. Also his nurses Robin and Jody, and his aide Briana.
