Harry ... from childhood, showing me how to dream big (i.e.: catching a 'bald-headed eagle') ... to your many years as a proud sailor ... to sharing your heart, your home, & your extended family ... now, when I see that brightest twinkling star - my lighthouse in heaven ... miss you, brother ... love.

It kills me I didn't Get to say goodbye to the man that built up my personality. I miss you so much papa.

Dad you are no longer a phone call away, but you are in my heart and it is heavy at times, I remember the good times we had the most like making eggnog in the garage you turned everything into festival of some sorts. I know you are looking down upon us and saying don't mourn for me, but celebrate that I have made it home and I will be waiting on you all with a cold beer and a good story. Well dad until we meet again I will look upon the sky from time to time and know all is well, tell Dale Earnhardt hello even if he wasn't your favorite. Love you

Daddy,It's been a long fulfilled journey with you good times and bad, more good than bad. We have had ups and downs. I would not trade them for all the money in the world. You taught me to be who I am today. May have taken me a few years to get there. But I made it with your help.... So I am counting on you to continue to look over me and guide me until I see you again. God took you to a better place, he did not want you suffering in pain any more and for that I understand. I must say, you are going to highly be missed. As I sat in your computer room taking care of things for mom, I was just waiting for you to come around the corner and tell me not to mess your computer up. I love you and I miss you. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Harry was one of a kind,the kind of person who had his own way of thinking.Harry was ruff,tuff Navy all the way.

My big brother - you were so proud of being the oldest Drake.  I've always been proud of you and cherished our phone calls, which always ended with "I love you!" I have so many good memories of you and your family.  I always said you had Dad's grit and attitude.  I know that got you through a lot!  As my heart is breaking, I know you are resting in peace.  You will definitely carry on through your son!!!  Peace!  I love you.

Harry was a man who acted like a tough guy on the outside but everyone that  knew him, knew he was just a teddy bear with a heart of gold, he had a special place in his heart for children,  RIP our good friend you will be missed by many.

I don't even know what to say. My heart is very heavy and my spirit is low. I miss you greatly already and I did when you were here too. I know you're already adventuring and causing trouble in the next realm, but damn, do I wish I could I hear one last story or joke. Harry was not just my father in law he was like a father figure to me gave me advice when needed he was very dear to me and had a very special place in my heart I know he love his family and always put them first in his life I love you you papa and you are sadly missed

Dad I loved you so much, you left us to soon. You were truely a great person with wisdom beyond your age. You are what held the family together and made sure we all stayed in line. Everyone that knew you loved and respected you, you made everyone you came in contact with feel at home. I hope to be half the person you were in my lifetime and then I would know I was worthy of you. We did not always see eye to eye but no matter what I done you loved me without end. You may not have always been right, but you were never wrong. I know I will see you again someday and until that time I will try and take care of our family as you have done. As always you did it your way until the end. I love you with all my heart.
