Harry was born in Pensacola, Florida on July 14, 1945, to Harry and Inez Huelsbeck.
Harry graduated from Catholic High School in 1963 and graduated with a Chemistry and Computer Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1968, where he also played football. After college he served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army. While serving his country in Okinawa, he met his wife Judy Baker Huelsbeck and they married.
He began working for the Lewis Bear company in 1971, which later became Grocery Supply Company in 1995. He retired in June 2008.
Harry was an avid fisherman and member of the Pensacola Big Game Fishing Club. He was also a Paul Harris Society Fellow in Suburban West Rotary, where he was a life-long member and worked on many community service projects.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Inez Huelsbeck and sister Carolyn Whitmer.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Judy Huelsbeck, daughter Heather Huelsbeck Ensley and son Harry Huelsbeck, as well as his two grandchildren Hayden Huelsbeck and Cora (Coco) Ensley.

A visitation for Harry will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm and graveside service will immediately follow from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Barrancas National Cemetery.
