Idalee Warren Hargraves-Hursh, 79, was born July 7, 1940 in Gooding, Idaho to the late John Henry and Olive Ellen Love Frost Warren. She was received into the arms of her Heavenly Father on March 3, 2020 in Pensacola, Florida.
Idalee would provide for her family through the years working with various businesses. Mom’s greatest achievement was raising us five children and making sure we didn’t go without having the best. She lived for her children and was extremely family oriented. Mom’s unique personality would benefit her in decorating, gardening, canning and ceramics. She always did an amazing job and took such pride in her works. Mom enjoyed calligraphy writing and had the most beautiful handwriting. Mom was an avid collector of coins and stamps over the years. She loved the spring for it brought beautiful flowers, ladybugs, yellow butterflies and white daises. Mom enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved to laugh. She enjoyed watching Disney movies especially the animated animal speaking ones like Dr. Dolittle, Princess and the Frog, Shrek and Spirt. Mom would come up with the funniest names for example “goof-a-feather”. She would use slang sayings such as “It takes one to know one”, “knuckle sandwich” and “I’m dumb founded”. Through her eyes everything was unique and precious; from being movie buddies to the simple tasks of everyday living. Mom could tell the best stories and had a way of bringing them to life. She would provide the best hugs and when Mom would say, “I Love You”, there was this heart felt emotion that would accompany those words.
Mom will be remembered for always expressing her love. She would always tell us, “I’ve always loved you, I always have and I always will unconditionally".
Idalee was preceded in passing by her parents, one brother, Joseph F. Warren and her second husband, Russell Hursh.
Left to cherish Idalee’s beautiful memories are her five children: Susan Ekstrom and husband Bill, Timothy Hargraves and wife Terri, Ann Louise Snow and husband Lyle, Michele D.
