After a long battle with Alzheimer’s, our dear one went home.
Her life included hairdressing, mother, Girl Scout leader, teacher’s aide for Escambia County, Sunday school teacher, volunteer at the WF Hospital and grandmother.
After retiring, she and Marion traveled until she could no longer travel.
She is survived by husband, Marion O. Bryant, Daughters: Cynthia Bryant Dunlap, Karen (Pat) Hodgson, Charlotte (Bruce Carr) Bryant Carr, Richmond, VA. Grandchildren: Todd Carr (Ruby), Kelly Hodgson Lara, Stephanie Dunlap Brazwell, Mary Nicole Dunlap, Lindsey Carr, Rebecca Hodgson. Great grandchildren: Roy Brazwell, Christopher Brazwell. Sister, Faye Corley DelRio. Several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 4:00 until 6:30 PM, with a Memorial Service to be held at 5:00 PM, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, Florida.
