Kevin Glenn Gammel, Jr. left us very unexpectedly and tragically on May 26, 2024. He spent the majority of his life in Pensacola, Florida with his beautiful daughter, Aubrey, working as a Tree Arborist for 15 plus years, and living his life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, working out, going to the beach, fishing,playing with his daughter, and making amazing memories with her. He loved his friends, family, and would help anyone in need and always had a heart of Gold.
Kevin is survived by his beloved mother, Alicia Roberts who loved him dearly and was there for him through thick and thin; his maternal grandmother, Alice Reneau; his maternal brother, Christopher Reneau; and his beautiful and loving daughter, Aubrey; father, Kevin Gammel, Sr.; paternal brother, Devin Gammel; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roger Gammel, Sr.
Kevin lived his life to the fullest and would light up the room wherever he went with his beautiful smile and presence and left this earth way too soon and tragically. While our hearts mourn the loss of Kevin, we take comfort in knowing he is looking down on us and will forever be in our hearts.
In honor of Kevin, we will have his celebration of life on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway, Pensacola, FL 32503. We will have his visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM following a funeral service at 2:00 PM. The committal service will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Robert Smith, Christopher Renau, Aaron Smith, Devin Gammel, Brian Braddock, and Marcus Reneau.
