Larry T. Jordan, 93, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. He was born on January 20, 1923, in Odanah, Wisconsin, to Cleve and Pansy Jordan. Mr. Jordan was a WWII veteran for the U.S. Navy but made a career working for Caterpillar Inc. where he later retired.
He was an active member of Warrington Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his loving wife Maria (Nena) Jordan; 2 sons, Nicholas C. Jordan (Ophelia), and Simon P. Jordan; and 1 daughter, Deborah Ann Esmond (William); 3 step-children, Sheila Kinnison, Maria Hess, and Keith Hall. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Oak Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service following at 12:30 PM. An interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1:20 PM. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
