Mr. Craig was a Viet Nam Veteran having served in the United States Air Force. He worked as tire manager at Craig’s Tire and Collision in Pensacola, FL. He enjoyed racing cars, playing pool, singing and dancing.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Sidney Craig; a son, Leonard L. Jr. (Susi) Craig of Cantonment; two daughters, Katherine (Keith) Coggins, of Pensacola and Shirley (Bob) Pittenger of Broken Arrow, OK; a step-son, John Edward Holeton Jr. of Fulda, Minnesota; a step-daughter, Amanda Bourbonais of Enid, OK; two brothers, Adrian Craig, Jr. of Pensacola and Eddie Craig, Sr. of Cantonment; three sisters, Sharon Wolfe of Grand Ridge, FL, Sheila Odom and Ruby Stanton, both of Molino, FL; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday January 30, 2012 at 9 AM at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Sanford Stanton officiating. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 10:15 AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday January 29, from 5 until 7 PM. Arrangements under the direction of Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, Pensacola, FL.
