

At an early age he joined the military, spent time in Germany and returned home to marry Carolyn Lou Davis. Together they raised 3 children, moving from Linden, Alabama to Florence, Alabama to Valdosta, Georgia during his work with Champion Paper and in Sales for the Paper Industry. In retirement, they settled in Pensacola and then Molino, Florida.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother and sisters; son, Ronald Morris Ingram; granddaughter, April Ingram; and his wife of 55 years, Carolyn Davis Ingram.
He is survived by his daughters: Donna Ingram Lashley (Andy) of Molino, Florida and Janet Ingram Pridgeon (Doug) of Foley, Alabama. Leroy is also survived by his grandchildren: Whitney Jerkins (Marshall) of Cantonment, Florida, Josh Pridgeon (Hannah) of Birmingham, Alabama, and Adam Pridgeon of Marion, Alabama; great grandchildren: Cade Allen of Molino, Florida, Macy Miller of Cantonment, Florida, Memphis Jerkins, Cantonment, Florida, Caleb Ingram and Trenton Smith of Baltimore, Maryland; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, 1985 W. 9 Mile Road, Pensacola Florida. Visitation will be at 1:00 PM and a graveside service will begin at 2:00 PM.
