

Lottie O'Neal Carter-Payton, 84, left this life to be with her heavenly Father on 19 May 2012 after a long illness. Her loving family was at her bedside. They expressed their love and released her into the gentle hands of the Angels.
Born in Georgia, on April 27, 1928, she became a resident of Pensacola, FL in 1962. She spent her last two years as a resident at Rosewood Manor Nursing Home where she was loved by the other residents and the caring associates. Our love and thanks to the staff who took such wonderful care of our Mother.
Her children will mourn her loss after she crossed over into the light. She will be missed but will always remain in their hearts.
Our beloved Mother is pre-deceased by her infant son Leon Weaver, her Grandson Teddy Weaver, and her domestic partner Gus Varazo.
