Mildred Mae Lowder, 84, passed away on July 30, 2016. She was born in Frenchburg, Kentucky and moved from Middletown, Ohio to Pensacola in 1970. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert H. Lowder, her first grandchild Curtis Wayne Brewer, sisters Mayme Payton & Beryl Barker and brothers Howard, Hobert, and Rader Brown, as well as her parents Frank and Leona Brown. She is survived by her children Patricia A. Hunt, Troy T. Calhoun, Peggy J. Boehm, and Mark A. Calhoun; brothers Ottis and Denzel Brown of Kentucky and sisters Lee Helton, Josephine Morse, Bonnie
Corey and Eileen Peck; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 5-7 pm and a funeral service on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 11:30 am. An interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 12:30 pm. Oak Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
