

Noble Joseph Boyett Sr., 95 of Cantonment passed away January 16, 2015 at Pacifica Creekside in Pensacola. Born in 1920, he was one of six children born to Jessie and Florida Boyett in Munson Florida. Serving his country in WWII, Noble was the recipient of the Purple Heart during his time with the 80th Infantry Division. He also received the American Theater Service Medal, EAME Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Upon leaving the Army he continued working as an Electrical and Instrument Specialist until retirement.
Noble is predeceased by his first wife of 56 years and mother of their 3 sons; Elbia Boatwright Boyett & Grandson: Cody Aaron Boyett, 2 Sisters, and 3 Brothers. He is survived by his wife; Mary Boyett, sons; Joe Boyett, Terry (Darlene) Boyett, Gary Boyett, Grandson; Travis (Jenny) Boyett.
Noble will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him for the strong and loving Christian man that he was. He raised his children with a healthy respect for family and parents and his sons will cherish the stories of growing up as his son with the reverence it deserves.
He had a lifetime of happiness surrounded by his family who will always have the memories of him to share with those around them with a smile and a lot of laughter and love.
