Randall Guy Long

peacefully. Randy was born on August 16, 1952 in Newport Arkansas to Troy Lee Long Sr. and

Mary Ann Stoker. Randy grew up in Southeast Missouri along side his Brother Troy Lee Long

and sister Leeanne. After losing his father and sister at a young age he poured his energy into

sports and school at which he excelled. He received his bachelors degree in Biology from

Northeast Missouri University. On August 2,1977 Randy married his true love Suzanne Long

and started their family. Together they lovingly raised their three children, Jennifer Long, Jamie

Sowers and Jeffrey Long while maintaining his career in Management. His family knew him as

a loving, hardworking and dedicated husband and father. Randy was known as a warm hearted

and caring person with an infectious smile and affable personality to everyone he met. In 2012

he was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was a part of the East Hill congregation in

Pensacola Florida. After retirement his passions were gardening and speaking to people about

his faith. Randy was survived by his wife and three children and grandchildren Jonah and Evie

Sowers, his mother Mary Ann Long, brother Troy Lee Long Jr., wife Khaki and their family.

A service will be held at 5:00pm on Friday October 18 at the East Hill Kingdom Hall of

Jehovah’s Witnesses
