He was born July 23, 1938 in WauWatosa, Wisconsin. He was an active member of Little Flower Catholic Church. Robert served in the Navy for 20 years and retired as a Chief Petty Officer Navy Diver. Shortly after his retirement, he took a position with Civil Service. His interest were spending time with his family, playing softball and playing golf.
Mr. Mullen is survived by his beloved wife, Aludia Mullen; three sons, Robert, John and David; two daughters-in-law, Sheilah and Virginia; four grandchildren, Alexis, Amanda, Noah and Michael; four great grandchildren, Melody, Leo, O'Ryah and Brielle.
