

Stan proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for over twenty years. It was a distinguished career that included assignments at multiple military bases both domestically in the United States and internationally. His discipline and unwavering commitment were evident as he advanced through the ranks, starting his service as an aircraft mechanic, progressing to crew chief, moving up to quality control inspector to finally guiding others as a career advisor. In addition to numerous accolades he received in his career, he was awarded the Bronze Star in recognition of his exceptionally meritorious service. In December 1984, he retired at Hurlburt Field with the rank of Master Sergeant.
On March 7th 1970, he married Dannie Carole Thompson in Pensacola, FL. Together, they helped build a loving family.
Stan and Dannie were blessed in February 1977 with the birth of their first child, a girl named Dannie Carole Brewer, after her mother. In April 1985 they were blessed again, with the birth of their first son, Stanley Glenn Brewer the 2nd, named after his father.Beyond his time in the service, Stan was known for his profound selflessness, always willing to go out of his way to lend a helping hand to friends and family. He possessed a lifelong love of tractors and farming, finding great joy in the connection of land and machine. He also spent his free time as an avid coin collector, carefully securing and organizing a collection of historic coins.
Stan leaves behind his everlasting legacy of kindness and is survived by his wife, Dannie Carole Brewer; his daughter, Dannie Carole Underwood and husband Braxton Jay Underwood; his son, Stanley Glenn Brewer II; two grandchildren, Logan Underwood and Zachary Underwood; and his brother, Danny G. Brewer.
He was preceded in death by his father, General Glenn Brewer; mother Addie Marie Brewer; his brothers Roy Walter Brewer and Gary Martin Brewer; and his sister Faye Marie Brewer.
