Steven was born May 02, 1947 in Findlay, Ohio to John and Margaret Manchester. He served in the U. S. Air Force and moved to Pensacola in 1979. Steven is a former member of the Pensacola Jaycees.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Manchester; daughter, Cynthia Poole and husband Robert; grandson, Braden Poole; brother, Michael Manchester and wife, Patty; and sister, Sandra Nalley.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pensacola Humane Society or to Five Flags Sertoma.
Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway is entrusted with arrangements.
