Ava is survived by her parents, Roger Dale and Heather Angel (Steck) Bass, Jr. and her sister, Grace Angel Bass (7yrs) all of Peoria Heights, IL. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Rebecca Wiles of Peoria, IL and Jody Wiles of Peoria, IL; her paternal grandmother, Sharon Bass of Peoria, IL; her maternal great-grandmother, Donna Wiles of Peoria, IL; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Roger Bass, Sr.
Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 5pm at the New Apostolic Church, 5341 N. Sheridan Rd., Peoria, IL 61614.
