Betty Ann Neal, age 70, of Peoria, passed away Thursday March 13, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Proctor Hospital in Peoria. She was born September 18, 1943 in Seneca, Illinois to Leroy and Evelyn (McIntyre) Bennett. She married Benjamin F. Neal. He survives along with one daughter, Suzi (Rod) Orsburn of Seneca; one son, David (Lisa Grammer) Neal of Peoria; three grandchildren: Stephanie, B.J., & Patience; four great-grandchildren; five brothers and three sisters. Betty was also survived by her beloved dog Lucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and three brothers. Her favorite pastime was going to the Par A Dice riverboat. Funeral services will be Monday March 17, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
