He was born Nov. 8, 1967 in Peoria to Hugh Charles and Peggy (Tinsley) Parker. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and one sister, Prekenna Hunt.
Survivors include his mother of Peoria, three daughters: Amber Parker of Springfield, Brittany Parker, Brooklyn Parker both of Peoria, one son, Anthony Ryan Parker of Peoria, one grandson, Mason Graham of Peoria, one sister, Tammy (Darren) Parker-Overton of Bolingbrook, IL, two brothers: Corby (Sophia) Parker of Peoria, and Shawn (Keisha) Wright of Peoria. He was also survived by three nieces: Timeka Turner of Peoria, Tatiana Overton of Bolingbrook, Tamiya Overton of Bolingbrook, three nephews: Michael Parker, Mitchell Parker Brandon Jackson all of Peoria, one great-niece, Treasur Turner of Peoria, one God sister, Calandra Funchess of Peoria, and a host of family and friends.
Charles was a veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He was a CNA for several local nursing homes and was last working at Keystone Steel and Wire.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be from 12:30 till services time at 2 p.m.
Burial will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria on Monday Nov. 26, 2018 at 10 a.m.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
