Clara was born in Peoria on July 28, 1939, the daughter of Cecil R. and Lorene Blake Thurman. She married Charles R. Morrow in Peoria on June 9, 1956. He preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 2002.
She is survived by two sons, Loydd "Roger" (Gayle) of Rockton, Ill., and Douglas (Sandra) of Pekin; five grandchildren, Roger, Heather, Adam, Rachel and Hanna; three great-grandchildren, Matthew, Emma and Liam; two sisters, Betty Winkler and Sarah Ann Jackson, both of Peoria; and one brother, Loydd Thurman of Bartonville.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
Clara was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She was a hairdresser for 50 years.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Brock Winkler will officiate. Visitation will be two hours prior to services. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria.
