George Frederick McCollum

He was born on February 28, 1950 in Peoria to Fred and Beatrice (Stenger) McCollum. They preceded him in death.

George was the owner of GM Autobody in Dunlap. He was also the past Vice President of the Stray Vettes (corvette car club) in Peoria.

He is survived by three godchildren, Dave Peterson of Brimfield, Daniel Peterson of Brimfield and Kasey (Chad) Miller of Mapleton.

Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be in St. Clement Cemetery in Dunlap. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
