Jeffrey Buckingham

He was born May 23, 1972 in Cincinnati, OH to James A. and Deanna R. (Robertson) Buckingham. He married Deidre Moore on June 9, 1995 in Vestal, NY.

Surviving are his children, Brianna and Skye Buckingham; brother, James (Michelle) Buckingham of Ohio; nieces Rebecca Harvey, Amber White, and Kristen Buckingham; step-niece, Cady Berry; great niece, Dakota White; great nephew, James White; and two half-sisters, Kimberly Winger and Lynn Buckingham.

Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH and Physician's Assistant certification at Midwest University in Downers Grove, IL.

As a Physician's Assistant he served patients in the Peoria area through Peoria Ear, Nose and Throat Group, Methodist Urgent Care and IWIRC.

He was a member of the American Academy of Physician's Assistants and the Vineyard Church in Peoria.

Jeff deeply loved his family and friends. He lived for the opportunity to listen to good music, enjoy tasty coffee, watch fireworks on July 4th and have meaningful opportunities to gather with friends for some fun and great food.

Jeff jumped at any chance to spend time near water, especially Lake Michigan, which made for a good day.

A celebration of Jeffrey's life will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at the Vineyard Church, 2220 W Townline Rd in Peoria, IL 61615. Memorial visitation will be one hour prior to the celebration beginning at 11:00 am.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
