She was born on July 2, 1968 in Peoria to Steven and Evelyn Young. She married William Holford on September 16, 1988 in Peoria. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents, Evelyn I Elliott of Peoria and Steven (Kay) Young of Florida; her two children, Courtney (Derick) Tassart of Pekin and Corey Holford of Peoria; a half sister, Heather Kelly of Florida and her four adorable grandchildren; Aubrey, Allie, Dustyn, and Jace.
Jennifer worked in Customer Service for Ameren Illinois for many years before her passing. She attended Mossville United Methodist Church and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, painting and reading. Her greatest joy was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Cremation will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be at noon on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at East Peoria First United Methodist Church. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
