Jesse Sidney Harris Sr., age 76, of Peoria, Illinois passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Jesse was born December 23, 1945 in Peoria to William and Irene (Havner) Harris Sr. He married Carolyn Goins in Crawford, IN on June 26, 2001; she preceded him in death on November 29, 2007.
He is survived by three daughters, Daisy Rial, Jessica Lohmann, and Irene Hatfield and one son, Jesse Harris Jr; 24 grandkids; and 15 great-grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, two brothers, and wife Barbara Harris.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 4-6 PM at Davison-Fulton-Woodland Chapel, 2021 N. University Street, Peoria, IL 61604. Cremation rites will be accorded.
