

He was born on March 25, 1972 in Osceola, AR to J.T. and Helen Yankaway. He married Jamie Logan on July 15, 2007 in Peoria. He was preceded in death by his, one daughter, Tamika Yankaway and a special nephew, Darresse 'Pooh" Roddy.
Surviving is his wife, Jamie of Peoria, his parents, J.T. (Nancy) Yankaway Sr. and Helen (Lawrence) Johnson, nine children, Gerald Young of Wilson, AR; Starcoyia Yankaway of Blytheville, AR; J.T. Yankaway III, Jaterrius Yankaway, Jaleecia Logan, Jaleen James, Jazzston Logan, Jatia Yankaway and Justice Yankaway all of Peoria, four grandchildren, Jalexia and Jayden Young of Wilson Ar, Jadiss Jackson and Jordyn Bailey both of Blytheville Ar, nine siblings, Annette Yankaway of Osceola, AR; Tabitha (Richard Harvey Jr) Yankaway and Taffie (Maurice) Bell both of Peoria, Jerel (Sherrita) Yankaway and Nicole Wright both of Memphis, TN, Ivory (Ann) Thomas of Osceola, AR, Teressa Tramble of OK, Willie Bradly of Atlanta, GA and Janet Childress of Wilson, AR.
J.T. had worked as a chipper with Bradly services.
A funeral service will be Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Bishop Joseph Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
