Aunt Karen was a gentle soul with a warm and loving heart. She cared deeply for family and friends, and had a real zest for life. She was always a true lady....refined, generous, and loving. I will miss her sweet spirit and her funny emails. I will be forever grateful for her dedication to preserving the family history for future generations. I am blessed to have had her in my life, and she forever will be in my heart.

Karen was my high school classmate. We laughed and talked a lot. She was always so positive, we enjoyed being around her.  I am glad we were able to connect with her at our class reunions.  She will be missed!

I will truly miss my dear friend.  We knew each other for almost 60 years.  Although we didn't see each other as often as we would have liked we knew the other one was there to call and talk to when ever we felt like it. So glad she was able to be at our class reunion in May. God Bless all the family we all share your loss.

We will certainly miss Karen in the 18 hole golf leage - a very gracious lady with a contagious smile - and a great golfer !  Our sympathy to her family.

 I knew Karen when our husbands worked together at Catapillar in Decatur. She was always so gracious,  kind, and  thoughtful.

Karen and I were High School classmates, we shared many, many fun times together.  She was always happy and a very good friend, I feel blessed to have known her.  May God accept her with open arms and give her peace.

My sweet, sweet Aunt Karen.  To me, she was the rare, complicated combination of well-read sophisticate and down-home country girl.  I will miss her soft voice and funny emails.  I will miss someone who understands my obsession with yellow tabby cats.  She devoted time and great effort to her interests in geneaology and shared findings with the Peoria Historical Society.  Her contribution to the Seibold Family Ancestry.com data is greatly appreciated by my siblings and I - we surely benefit from her efforts to document the family's proud beginnings.  Our family is heartbroken at the loss of a much-loved matriarch who is already greatly missed.
