Karen was married to Gerald on February 10, 1973. Together, they raised three children: Troy Allen (Becky) McKnight, Bryan Allen (Courtney) McKnight, and Brandi Renee (Aaron) Fulk. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren: Rylan McKnight, Kaelyn McKnight, and Jade Fulk; and her beloved grand dog, Daisy.
Karen is also survived by her sister, Judy (Gary) Orr, and her brother, Bob Lensmeyer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lensmeyer and Berniece Mabrey, as well as her beloved husband, Gerald.
Karen worked as a Financial Aid Coordinator for Bradley University. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Bradley Braves (GO BU), and relaxing by the pool.
Cremation will be accorded, Davison-Fulton Woolsey Wilton is in charge of arrangements. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In honor of Karen's battle with Alzheimer's, the family requests that donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Peoria Chapter.
