

Louise was born on October 25, 1940 in Stewart County, Georgia to Curtis Davis and Mary (Boggus) Wilson. She married Jerry Cecil Williams, Sr. on January 1, 1963 in Columbus, GA. He preceded her in death in August of 2011. Also preceding her in death are her parents; her son-in-law, Jeff Riddle; and her brother-in-law, Robert Foster.
Surviving are her children, Wendy Riddle of Peoria, IL and Jerry (Felicia) Williams, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Williams, Javon Williams, Jahmal Riddle, and Brian Savage-Williams; three great-grandchildren, Kesean Williams, JoJo Riddle ad Amelia Williams; and her God-child, Katrice Thomas. Also surviving are her sister, Curlie Wilson-Baldwin; her brother, Curtis Davis (Hazel) Wilson, Jr., both of Columbus, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Louise was a loving mom, grandma and aunt. She had worked for Methodist Hospital, Caterpillar and Hiram-Walker over the years, but had last worked for Adventine Renewable Energy in Pekin for over 25 years, retiring in 2002. She was a God-fearing woman who was very active in her church, Bethel United Methodist. She served in the food pantry, the nursery, the feeding program and Bethel United Women; she served on the Trustee Board and as a Union Stewardess. She had a green thumb and her yard was always full of flowers. She also enjoyed cooking and playing her crossword puzzles. She loved to volunteer and you never saw her without a smile on her face.
Services will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 11am at Bethel United Methodist Church in Peoria with visitation held one hour prior to the service. Rev. Gary Wilson will be officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the church. Online condolences may be made through www.davison-fulton.com.
