Marie Hinkle Keith (Hinkle)

Marie was born November 27, 1943, in Knoxville, TN the daughter of William and Grace Chadwick Jenkins. She made her home with John C. Hinkle for over twenty years.

She is also survived by four children, Sandy Moffitt of Peoria, Kim Schumacher Sisk of Chillicothe, John (Jenni) Hinkle of Eureka, and Joe Hinkle of Peoria; seven grandchildren, Angel (Kevin) Schumacher, Bo and Bobby (Betsy) Moffitt, Shyanne Sisk, Devin and Brynn Hinkle, and Isaiah Ghantous; five great-grandchildren, Kyler, Peighton, Alijah, Kamryn and Roman; one sister, Gail Zambrano of San Antonio, TX.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and two granddaughters.

She worked at Champion Furnace Pipe Co.for forty years where she was president of Local 479 for twenty years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Marie enjoyed spending time with family. She loved going to all her grandchildren’s events. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. She just enjoyed life and will be truly missed by family and many friends. She was like a mother to many. A visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation. Pastor Garry Geer will officiate.

Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.
