Dear big brother as looked upon you today laying so peacefully I was overcome with emotion and memories. Memories that will last me a lifetime can't help to smile looking back at all the times you teased me, push me around and made fun of me I know it was all brotherly love as I did the same to you. I am told all the time that I look, sound and act like you it used to bother me and I would say I'm not that ugly but now I want to be just like you in my own kind of way. I've always looked up to you even if I wouldn't admit it. I hope you keep watch over me as I travel the world in the air Force I know you were proud of me and I know you love me as this was one of the last things you've told me during the last months I had with you. I know you will be with me no matter where I go on my shoulder alongside Janice.

They say everyone you come across in your life impacts you and teaches you lessons you didn’t know you needed, your were one of those people that everyone you crossed paths with you impacted them in a positive way with your contagious smile, smart ass comments and little jokes that always made everyone laugh, your every intention to always help somebody in need. Endless memories run through my mind when I sit and think about you, Nick. Bullying me in traveling basketball in grade school, pushing me off my bike on my way home from school all the way until we got older and you would always call and tell me to come over and talk or bring you food just so you could look at my car and yell at me for the oil not being changed or find something you needed to fix on it and not let me take it to anyone but you. You have always been the greatest friend and I know that you would want us all to remember the time we had with you and use that as our light out of the darkness we feel right now. I hope you have found your light, dearest friend.

    I remember the first time I met you like it was yesterday... you invited me to the house and I was so nervous to meet you. I remember sitting in the kitchen and just talking for hours like we had known one another forever. I knew from the very first day I loved you so much and you would always remain a very special friend. You taught me what unconditional love was. You showed me that no matter how hard life can be there is always something beautiful that will come from it. I refuse to tell you goodbye, I know one day I’ll meet you again and I know I’ll be able to see you happy and pain free. You not being here will be so very hard, but I just keep reminding myself that you’re finally free and happy... you deserve it more than you know. I wish more than anything we all could have given you that here on earth, but god knew you just needed to come home even if we don’t understand why. I hope you’re at peace finally and I can’t wait to see you again and feel the embrace of such a pure beautiful soul once more. Rest in paradise . Love you always.

Where do I even begin? I remember the first time Jazmine mentioned you to me. Jaz would not stop pressuring me to meet you. I was hesitant, but she continued with all your positive characteristics. She stated, "You were kind-hearted, funny, clean/organized, respectful, and just a beautiful human being." So we ended up meeting at Robbie's house.  From there on out, you and I were inseparable. Our personalities fit perfectly together.   We spent most of our time watching your brother's son and watching Billy and Jaz fight. LOL, We shared many laughs from making up rap songs, chasing each other down Folkers, and playing Call of Duty. You are truly a wonderful human being inside and out.  You are now reunited with your angel, your mother! Nick, even though we haven't spoken in a few years, you will always hold a special place in my heart! Congratulations to you and your child's mother, for having your beautiful daughter! She will forever carry on your legacy! You will always remain in my prayers. Rest  Peacefully In Heaven Nick! Nick was my step-grandson.  Full of life as a child, his escapades continued into his adult life.  My condolences to Phil and Mike and the family. May Nick find peace in the comfort of the heavens.

I remember when my mom was at work and Nick was home with us.  He would always tell me to clean my room or clean my closet.  That is something that I will always remember.  I am still in shock to know that this happened and to know what the last thing I said to him was.  Just remember to spend time with those while you can, their not here forever.  I love you, Nick. Forever and always, R.I.P!

Nick was such a cute kid. He was my great nephew.  He lived just a street over from us when he was growing up. He would come over and play with my little Pug dog. Always remember him as sweet and mannerly. So sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to all his family. He was taken too soon.
