Nicole Ann, you were a great sister in law to me and amazing sister to Chiron. Our boys and us will forever miss you. Holidays wont be the same without Aunt Cole, well always remember  your voice and big heart. We love you Nicole and well protect your babies forever. Xoxo

Peoria Pride Youth Basketball is deeply sadden at the fact we have lost a significant person who did so much for our program.  She helped whenever it was needed.  We could rely on her for anything. Her heart and smile lite up the room.  Never thought we would lose her so soon.  Prayers to the family and friends of hers.  FLY HIGH ANGEL!!! You are truly missed horribly!!!

I was deeply saddened to hear of Nicole's passing. My lunch hour will never be the same. I can still here her asking "What are you having today Mister?" And I always had to walk away with a dozen cookies. I grew to know Nicole through Subway. I knew all about her tragedies and giving ways. I will miss seeing her. I will keep her children and her family in my prayers.

I am greatly saddened to here about Nicole passing. She is the reason I went to the Subway on Prospect. I had been going there for at least 10 years and she always noticed me. Called me honey when I checked out. I had breast cancer and was going through treatment. Lost all my hair and facial hair. She never said a word. Then as I was recovering and getting my hair back, she told me that her mother also had gone through treatment. She wondered if that was why I was eating a certain sandwich. Someone had teased her about going to work in Pekin for Subway and I told her no, you can't do that. She is going to be greatly missed by so many. I know I will miss her. 

I met Nicole thru my daughter and son-in-law she was always there when they had their basketball team play. She was so gracious.  I'll miss her a lot.

Was heart broken to hear that Nicole Bishop had past. She was such a dedicated mother to her children. She always would be there for them at a moment's notice. I got to know her through her two older children when they attended V.S. If you need a place to hold a service for her, my church would be honored. It would be absolutely free, of course. I want her children to know that I miss seeing them and that they are in my thoughts and prayers.

We are so saddened to learn of Nicole’s passing.  We only knew her from Subway, but she always greeted us and treated us like family.  We’ll miss her greatly.  Our prayers are with Nicole’s family at this very difficult time.  Rest in heaven Nicole.

I am so sorry to hear about Nicole. I was a regular customer at her work. She always had a smile on her face, and a kind word to share. My prayers go out to her family.

Tamra, Gio and I are saddened by this tragedy and wish the best for all you kids and family. We loved her and will always miss her. She was so fast to make others smile
