She was born on August 10, 1950 in Peoria, IL to Walter and Katherine (Larkin) Brooks. They preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her two brothers, Walter C. Brooks Jr and Paul Brooks.
She is survived by her three siblings, Johannah (Bob) Bankus of Phillipsburg, MO, Dave Brooks of Peoria, and Daniel (Sandra) Brooks of Glasford; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Peggy worked at Community Workshop for many years before moving to Roseville. She had also attended Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed collecting baseball cards, going to flea markets and spending time with her family.
A Graveside service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
