Surviving are her parents of Peoria, IL, four sisters; Raquel Eckwood, Ki’Ambra S. Cook, Micah C. Cook, and Jenesis S. Jones all of Peoria, IL, a brother; Percy C. Cook, III of Peoria, IL, maternal grandparents Ramona Norwood of Chicago, IL and Marc Brown of Chicago, IL, and paternal grandparent Versie D. Moore of Peoria, IL.
