Rickie J. Gilmore, 65, of Creve Coeur, passed away at 11:19 pm on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at her home in Creve Couer. She was born August 30, 1947 in Jacksonville, IL to Earl D. and Jean (Williams) Winter. She married Charles Gilmore Jr. March 5, 1965 in Peoria. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Jeffrey and Charles Gilmore. Surviving are her husband, Charles of Creve Coeur, one daughter, Michele (Ray) Neltner of Peoria, one grandson, Korie (Amanda) Neltner of Peoria,one great-granddaughter, Haylie Neltner, five siblings, Vickie Flanagan of Peoria Heights, George (Tonya) Winter of Glasford, Fay (Jim) Martin of Peoria, Mike (Lorie) Winter of Glasford and Tammy McGee of Peoria. A visitation will be on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 2 to 4 pm at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.Following the service the Family will recieve family and friends at the Eagles Lodge on East Lane St. in Peoria.
